Hometown Malamutes - A Trusted Breeder of Large AKC Alaskan malamutes
Below is the standard brief definition of the Alaskan malamute:
"The Alaskan Malamute is the largest of the Arctic dogs. This thick, well-built dog is solid with a plumed tail that is held over the back. The head is wide with erect ears. The eyes are of medium size, dark brown small, and almond in shape and are obliquely placed in the skull. The dog holds an image of a wolf but with a proud, sweet expression. Dark eyes are preferred; blue eyes are a fault according to the written standard. The feet are large, of the snowshoe type with tough pads. The thick, coarse double coat averages one to three inches in length and comes in a range of light gray to intermediate shadings of black, sable and shadings of sable to red. Combinations include wolf gray, black and white, wolf sable (red undercoat with dark gray outer coat) or red. The only solid color allowed is white. The dog often has darker highlights and sometimes has a dark mask or cap. The legs and muzzle are almost always white. In some areas, dogs may be either smaller or larger than the official standard."

We are proud to introduce our large and giant Alaskan malamutes to you. We breed a high quality Alaskan malamute and encourage you to own one of these beauties. Our puppies have limited AKC (non-breeding) registration to preserve and assure the quality and heritage of our/your Alaskan malamute.
We are a small breeder of excellent quality, beautiful malamutes. Our malamutes are our family and we give 100% time and effort to our adults and
puppies. Our kennels are well maintained and our farm allows plenty of running and playtime area for our adults and puppies.
When puppies are weaned from their mom, they are housed in a heated separate building that provides plenty of growing and playtime room. We tend to our puppies 24/7 and provide a clean environment for their development. The puppies are well socialized with their parents, visitors, sound and environment(s). The puppies are adapted to the outdoor environment as soon as they are able (6 weeks). Puppy training pads are used to acclimate them to potty training. We assure that your receive a sweet, gentle loving puppy and that your puppy will have the social and motor skills when they are ready for your home.
We are happy to provide a personal caring experience in helping you chose your puppy and we will be in constant contact with you throughout their development.
